Why do so many trust S-18? Probably because it does so much.

Our most versatile neoprene adhesive bonds both porous and non-porous surfaces, resists sunlight, water, oil and heat, and forms a powerful bond that gets even stronger over time.

S-18 is the go-to choice for “drop-in” glazing of aluminum windows and is used in the repair and manufacture of felt, fabrics, cork and rubber compounds. It’s an excellent way of bonding leather to another substance, too.

S-18 is widely used in the manufacture and repair of the following materials to themselves and each other.

  • Leather
  • Cork
  • Rubber
  • Rubber compounds
  • Felt
  • Fabrics
  • Glass
  • Metal
  • Ceramics
  • Wood
  • Tile

General Instructions

  1. Clean your materials before cementing.
  2. Apply an even coat to BOTH surfaces to be joined.
  3. Press together. Cement dries and bond sets in 2-5 minutes.
  4. Bond strength increases with age. Cement may also yellow over time.
