Why do so many trust S-18? Probably because it does so much.

RH Adhesive’s most versatile neoprene adhesive bonds both porous and non-porous surfaces, resists sunlight, water, oil and heat, and forms a powerful bond that gets even stronger over time.

S-18 is the go-to choice for “drop-in” glazing of aluminum windows and is used in the repair and manufacture of felt, fabrics, cork and rubber compounds. It’s an excellent way of bonding leather to another substance, too.

Applications

S-18 is widely used in the manufacture and repair of the following materials to themselves and each other.

  • Leather
  • Cork
  • Rubber
  • Rubber compounds
  • Felt
  • Fabrics
  • Glass
  • Metal
  • Ceramics
  • Wood
  • Tile

General Instructions

  1. Clean your materials before cementing.
  2. Apply an even coat to BOTH surfaces to be joined.
  3. Press together. Cement dries and bond sets in 2-5 minutes.
  4. Bond strength increases with age. Cement may also yellow over time.
